Manage Your Account

  1. My account & Logout: When you click on the icon, you’ll see the My Account and Logout options.
  2. Profile Image: Add or update your profile image.
  3. First name: Your first name.
  4. Last name: Your last name.
  5. Email:  The e-mail address you entered when you invited the agent is displayed. You can not change your e-mail address.
  6. Phone number: Enter your phone number.
  7. Company: Your company name.
  8. Language: Language preference of the dashboard. You can choose between English, Japanese, and Korean.
  9. SUBMIT: Click SUBMIT to save changes.
  10. Password: Update Password.

Vacation Responder

Send a custom vacation message to customers when a user contacts the agent during the set period.

  1. Enable the vacation responder.
  2. Set the start and end date.
  3. Type in the custom message. You can use styles and include images, videos, and links.
