The Hartford InsurTech Hub is an accelerator program established in 2017 by Hartford insurance companies, the City of Hartford and CTNext. Startups were selected from over 350 applications from 57 countries. On April 28th, we demonstrated what we have achieved since the beginning of the program. We were very lucky to be one of the 11 companies selected to join their acceleration program.
During the past three months, we had the opportunity to engage with the incredible insurance ecosystem and mentored by the best in the industry. We showcased how our technology can be used to improve customer engagement and process insurance claims. Hartford InsurTech boasted more than 500 attendees and more than 600 viewers on its livestream.
Customers expect insurance agents to have perfect knowledge of every product and service, and they expect immediate resolution when they contact an agent. The reality is that half of the insurance agents do not have adequate tools or knowledge base. Agents need to be better equipped to meet rapidly growing customer expectations. With our expertise in AI, we are in a great position to leverage our technology to solve the large and obvious problems in the insurance sector. Check out our demo:
